Acclaimed Speaker James Lloyd to Speak at Outlook 2015

Author and inspirational speaker James Lloyd will be a featured speaker at “Outlook 2015: Good Things Ahead,” RVIA’s opening breakfast program kicking off the 52nd National RV Trade Show on Tuesday, Dec. 2 at 7:30 a.m. in the Kentucky Exposition Center (KEC) South Wing Ballroom.

Lloyd is an accomplished author and speaker who has captivated and motivated audiences with spot-on, common sense presentations focused on providing dazzling customer service. He magically engages listeners with his genuine down-home approach that combines a unique blend of timely humor, insightful knowledge, personal sharing, and contagious enthusiasm. Author of the “I’m on Fire, Watch Me Burn!” and “Torch Tips for a Luminous Life,’ Lloyd encourage audiences to visualize new horizons and strive for excellence.

“We are excited to have James join the Outlook program.  He uses a very engaging approach to pluck stories and examples from a background rich in training, leadership, sales, and customer service that he memorably weaves together into a compelling, inspiring talk,” said James Ashurst, RVIA vice president of communications and marketing.

Hosted by RVIA Chairman of the Board Derald Bontrager, “Outlook 2015: Good Things Ahead” will also feature “Good to Grow” with RVIA President Richard Coon providing his thoughts on the RV market and where it is headed.

In “Ready to Roll,” Ashurst will join RVIA Public Relations Committee Chairman Chad Reece and RVDA President Phil Ingrassia for a multimedia report on how public relations efforts are generating tremendous national and regional publicity, raising the image of RVing, and stoking demand for RVs.

The Go RVing team of Ashurst and co-chairs Bob Wheeler and Tom Stinnett will highlight what the national advertising campaign has achieved in 2014 and discuss how digital media efforts are becoming an increasingly important way to reach consumers in “Keep on Rolling.”

The "Outlook 2015: Good Things Ahead” program and breakfast are free for attendees on a first-come, first-serve basis.  All National RV Trade Show attendees are welcome, and no reservations are necessary. Show badge registration will be available in the South Wing Lobby C Entrance prior to the event.
