Go RVing Kicks Off Consumer Experiences This Weekend in Nashville

Go RVing is heading to Nashville to provide an RV camping experience to consumers attending the Country Living Fair taking place at the James E. Ward Agricultural Center from April 24 – 26.

As an event sponsor, Go RVing will have two RVs on display – a Starcraft AR-ONE MAXX travel trailer and a RV Retro 177 travel trailer.

In addition to the RV displays, Go RVing is sponsoring seminars presented by the Sisters on the Fly.  The “How-To Chats” taking place around the Go RVing Firepit will focus on “Organizing Your Trailer,” “Towing and Safety,” and “Dutch Oven Cooking.”

This is the third year that Go RVing has partnered with Country Livingmagazine to provide an RV experiential event at their popular fairs. Go RVing will have displays at other Country Living Fairs taking place in Rhinebeck, NY in June, Columbus, OH in September, and in Atlanta in October.

Over the past two years, experiential marketing has become an important element in Go RVing’s efforts to reach consumers in the campaign’s target market. Go RVing works with media partners such as Sports IllustratedGarden & GunCountry LivingOutside and LiveNation to showcase RV travel and camping at fairs, festivals and sporting venues that draw large crowds.

Last year saw more than 50,000 people introduced to RV travel and camping through Go RVing consumer activations.

“Nothing sells our product like our product,” said James Ashurst, RVIA’s vice president of communications and marketing. “Our goal is to create an incredible, unexpected and hands-on RV experience for consumers who maybe when they set out for the event weren’t planning to be introduced to all that today’s RVs offer.”
