RV Dealer Floor Plan Loans, Consumer Loans Added to TALF [View]
Additional terms and conditions of the Term Asset-Backed Securities Loan Facility (TALF) released by the Federal Reserve February 6 indicate that consumer RV loans have been added to the program. Capitol Hill sources tell RVIA that dealer floor plan loans are also now included in TALF.

Good News! March 9-13 Trouble Shooter Clinic Will Be Held [View]
A surge in registrations has ensured that the March 9-13 Trouble Shooter Clinic in Elkhart, IN will be held as originally scheduled. "This will preserve an important industry training venue," said Mel Adams, Chair of the RV Service Technicians Council. "The Trouble Shooter Clinics provide participants an opportunity to obtain continuing education credits for recertification."

The Go RVing message was highlighted in several ways during the Super Bowl festivities, reminding footbal fans of the convenience and affordability of RV travel. RVIA supplier member Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company added the Go RVing message to its popular Goodyear Airship, a “What Will You Discover” Go RVing” print ad appeared in the Super Bowl XLIII souvenir program, and as always, RV tailgating was a hit with football fans and media alike.
