                          Industry Education

                                               RVIA delivers programs and services designed to share expertise and support our
                                               members’ business goals. We provide year-round educational and networking
                                               opportunities that encourage members and staff to cultivate educational alliances that
                                               benefit our industry. We develop and disseminate technical information to industry
                                               stakeholders, and foster the growth of communities that support lifelong learning. The
                                               department also works to promote and encourage safety in the manufacture, distribution
                                               and use of member products.

HIGHLIGHTS

                          New TnT 2.0 Launched to
                          Expand Technical Training Access

                                               RVIA has streamlined the training to facilitate more training sessions and increase the
                                               number of technicians trained. Training is provided at approximately 150 dealerships
                                               across the United States, with multiple consecutive events scheduled.
                                               In 2016, 210 training events served 2,323 technicians - with plans to increase the number
                                               of sessions and trainees by 20% in 2017.

                          New Hands-On Registered Tech Course
                          for Basic Propane and Electrical Training

                                               RVIA developed a new live, three-day registered tech course for basic propane and
                                               electrical training, with revised and improved certified technician exams, textbooks,
                                               study guides and online training to supplement the hands-on instruction. The new course
                                               launched in February 2017, with a maximum class size of 15 participants.
