Workplace Safety Workshop
Join the RV Industry Association’s Workplace Safety Committee for a half-day workshop for RV plant leaders on the role leaders play in creating a thriving safety culture within your organization. The workshop will welcome back Rodney Grieve for an interactive workshop designed to empower plant leadership and safety champions to cultivate a collaborative environment for safety. This afternoon session will equip attendees with the tools and strategies to break down communication barriers, foster strong leadership behaviors, and develop effective listening skills – all crucial elements in achieving long-term safety success. Through engaging simulations, insightful discussions, and practical techniques, workshop attendees will gain valuable insights and action steps to propel their team towards a safer and more collaborative work environment.

Regulatory & Safety Compliance Seminar
The Regulatory & Safety Compliance Seminar is designed to help RV Industry Association members learn more about safety and recall processes, and early warning reporting.
