Go RVing’s Internet Campaign Is Clicking

In addition to comprehensive television and print media buys, Go RVing is also aggressively building exposure through highly cost-effective Internet advertising in this year’s campaign.

With an online advertising investment of $2.2 million, Go RVing ads will appear through December on 27 websites and search engines such as Google, Yahoo and Weather.com as well as the online editions of popular consumer magazines, including Child.com, Parents.com, Southern Living, Better Homes & Gardens, and Family Circle.

Enhancing the Go RVing online media presence are several added-value promotions that are also yielding high-quality exposure at no additional cost. These include:

Through July 31, consumers can register for the Family Getaway Sweepstakes. The Grand Prize is a Family Getaway Package in the form of a $3,000 check. In addition, five runners-up will each receive a 5-pack of DVDs. The sweepstakes costs are underwritten in full by Better Homes & Gardens.
  • HDTVand the Do It Yourself Network have provided Go RVing with space on their website for a travel microsite.  The microsite contains Family Travel tips from Go RVing, and this summer will feature Green Vacation tips.  The site can be found by clicking here.
