Eight Competitors Announced for the First Annual RVIA Top Tech Challenge
RVIA has announced the eight finalists set to compete in the First Annual Top Tech Challenge, held during the 2017 National RV Trade Show in Louisville, KY, November 27-30. The competition, sponsored by Airxcel, Dometic, Lippert Components and Thetford, pits RV service techs with a minimum of five years of experience against each other to determine the Top Tech of the year. Besides being crowned the Top Tech, the winner of the challenge will receive a trophy and be presented with a $10,000 grand prize. More...

Are You Ready to Sell More RVs? Registration is Now Open for the 2017 National RV Trade Show

The RV Industry Association announced today that attendee registration is now open for the 2017 National RV Trade Show. The event, held November 27 – 30 at the Kentucky Expo Center in Louisville, KY, features the largest concentration of recreation vehicle manufacturers, suppliers, dealers and campground managers in the world.


RVIA’s TnT Program Seeking Additional Partnerships in 2018
The highly successful Technician in Training (TnT) Program administered by RVIA is looking to include more suppliers in their hands-on training program.  RVIA’s Education Department works with industry supplier members to provide product-specific, hands-on training to technicians in dealerships nationwide.  The Association provides a representative to schedule training in the dealership, enrollment of participants and a reimbursement stipend for the trainer’s travel expenses. RVIA Launches Top Tech Challenge Contest
RVIA announced the launch of the first annual “Top-Tech Challenge,” set to take place at the National RV Trade Show in Louisville, KY, November 26-30, 2017. RV Technicians are invited to compete live in a head-to-head competition in Louisville to earn the title of Top Tech and $10K. The challenge will pit eight finalists against each other at the show and the final round will take place over the four-day period in a single elimination troubleshooting competition encompassing three different types of technical challenges.  More...
