2026 Regulatory and Safety Compliance Seminar

The Regulatory & Safety Compliance Seminar is coming back this summer! The event is designed to assist RV Industry Association members who have safety and recall process responsibilities, are involved in gathering data related to Early Warning Reporting (EWR) or want to learn more about NHTSA and Transport Canada regulations impacting the RV Industry. More program information will be added as it becomes available. 

Attendees will have the opportunity to discuss and ask questions. All interested parties are invited, particularly those who have compliance or safety responsibilities and those who wish to learn more about safety and recall processes. This event is complimentary to all members.

2026 RV Industry Association Standards 1192 Seminar

The RV Industry Association Standards Department has scheduled a Seminar to present the 2026 NFPA 1192 Standard on Recreational Vehicles, 2025 ANSI/RVIA Park Model Recreational Vehicle Standard, 2026 NFPA NEC 70, and the 2025 Standard for DC Voltage Systems in Recreational Vehicles code changes. 

These three standards will be adopted on June 1, 2026, with a mandatory enforcement date of September 1, 2026, as referenced in SNB-1825. The Seminar will also review the changes in the 2023 CSA Z240 RV Series, which was provided as a presentation referenced in SNB-0125 with the accompanying video.

The Seminar will be held at the Crystal Ballroom, Lerner Theater, on Thursday, May 21, 2026, from 1:00 PM EST to 5:00 PM EST.

There is no cost for the seminar. Register early, as seating will be limited to 120 people. Registration information is below.
