- 2:00pm - 3:00pm: Park Perspectives
- 3:15pm - 5:30pm: Intent-Based Leadership® Workshop with Captain David Marquet
- As customer expectations rise and operations grow more complex, leadership and hospitality can no longer live only at the top. The strongest organizations empower people at every level to lead. Captain David Marquet, former commander of the USS Santa Fe, knows this firsthand. When he took command, the submarine ranked last in morale, performance, and retention, challenges familiar to organizations facing workforce, safety, and operational pressures. By replacing traditional command-and-control leadership with what is now known as Intent-Based Leadership®, Marquet empowered his crew to take ownership and make decisions. The result: the Santa Fe went from worst to first in the fleet, setting records for performance, morale, and retention. In this workshop, Captain Marquet will translate these lessons into practical strategies for RV industry leaders, from manufacturing floors to dealerships and campgrounds, showing how empowering frontline teams strengthens accountability, safety, hospitality, retention, and the customer experience. Attendees will leave with actionable insights to help their organizations truly “turn the ship around.”

As the founder of the Non-Obvious Company and author of the Non-Obvious book series, he challenges audiences to move beyond conventional thinking and uncover opportunities hiding in plain sight. In this keynote, attendees will gain a fresh, practical lens on the forces shaping consumer behavior, leadership, and innovation—helping them better anticipate change, adapt to evolving market expectations, and make smarter decisions in an increasingly competitive environment. Rohit’s highly relevant insights will equip industry leaders with new ways to see what’s next and how to act on it with confidence.
- 9:00pm - 10:00pm: Park Perspectives
- 10:00am - 11:30am: Workshop: Blake Michelle Morgan - The 8 Laws of Customer-Focused Leadership
- As expectations rise and customer interactions become more complex, industries across the board are recognizing that hospitality is no longer optional, it’s a strategic advantage. Blake Michelle Morgan brings unmatched expertise in helping organizations elevate service, satisfaction, and loyalty. Her workshop will explore how hospitality-driven leadership creates loyalty, strengthens relationships, and differentiates organizations in a competitive market, especially at a time when customers expect more ease, more empathy, and more authenticity. Attendees will learn how a hospitality mindset not only improves the consumer journey but also reduces friction across the entire RV ecosystem, from dealers and suppliers to manufacturers, campgrounds and end users. By focusing on hospitality, our industry can elevate experiences, build long-term trust, and ensure we’re meeting the expectations of today’s customer. This hands-on session will give leaders practical tools they can bring back to their teams to create more welcoming, responsive, people-centered interactions at every level.
