Deposits and Individual Cancellation
A deposit of one night's room and tax charges and credit card information authorizing the deposit will be required from each individual at the time of reservation. All deposits for individual room reservations are fully refunded if a room is cancelled three (3) days or more prior to the arrival date. A penalty equal to one night of guest room rate and tax is charged if cancellation is not received three (3) days or more prior to the arrival date. If you do not use a credit card, a cash deposit of $50 per night per room for incidentals will be required upon check-in. Personal checks, money orders, or a valid American Express, Visa, Mastercard, or Discover number and expiration date will be needed for the deposit.

  • Guided Hiking (two options): Cactus Discovery Hike is easy to moderate with a walk amongst giant Saguaros on the Lower Javelina trail, sampling seasonal desert edibles and taking in panoramic views from Pride Rock (350’ gain in elevation). The Upper Javelina trail is a heart-pumping moderate to strenuous climb, rewarded with sweeping views west over the golf course toward the mountains and sunset. (550’ gain in elevation).
  • Jeep Tour (limited availability, additional $95 cost): We'll be going on an unforgettable adventure in the heart of the Sonoran Desert! Discover the secrets hidden beyond what meets the eye on a thrilling 4 x 4 Eco Tour. Experience the pristine beauty of this unique landscape with a cowboy guide and take in some of the most breathtaking panoramic views Arizona has to offer.
  • UTV Tour (limited availability, additional $95 cost): Experience the rugged beauty of Southern Tucson on an exciting guided UTV adventure through the Sonoran Desert. Guests will navigate scenic trails surrounded by towering saguaros, native desert vegetation, and sweeping mountain views. An experienced guide will lead the group while sharing insights into the area’s landscape, history, and wildlife. Along the way, guests can enjoy memorable photo opportunities and a refreshing sense of outdoor adventure. No previous off-road driving experience is required.
  • Pickleball (limited availability): Join us for a friendly round of competition at the pickleball courts on property.  You don’t need to be an avid player as there will be a pro onsite providing tips and tricks to enjoy the game.
