RV Aftermarket Conference

The 2024 RV Aftermarket Conference is scheduled for Monday, August 12 through Thursday, August 15 in Orlando, FL.

During the event suppliers and distributors meet in one-on-one "appointment sessions" to pitch new products while taking advantage of key networking opportunities. In addition to networking with colleagues with a proven track record in the industry, attendees will hear from thought-leaders on the state of the RV industry. And with the latest RV Industry Association economic impact study finding the RV aftermarket contributes 3,187 jobs, $272 million dollars in wages and over $750 million in total economic output on a yearly basis, the event is the perfect opportunity to develop strategies for expanding the market segment and discuss opportunities for future growth.

The conference, which focuses on supporting a great parts and accessory purchasing experience that will benefit supply chain members and the RV consumer, is open to all RV Industry Association members.

Registration Categories

Supplier Meeting Room ($1675): Includes access to meetings application and 4 night hotel room.

Supplier Attendee ($800 per person): Includes breakfast and lunch all days and access to meetings application.

Distributor Purchasing Attendee ( $475 for 1st company attendee, $200 for each additional attendee): Includes breakfast and lunch all days and access to meetings application.

Distributor Sales/Marketing Attendee ( $475 for 1st company attendee, $200 for each additional attendee): Includes breakfast and lunch all days and access to meetings application.

Agent / Rep Attendee ($475 per person): Includes breakfast and lunch all days.

Media/Marketing Services Attendee ($250 per person): Includes breakfast and lunch all days and access to meetings application.

State Association Attendee ($250 per person): Includes breakfast and lunch all days and access to meetings application.

Golf Tournament ($159 per person): Includes round of golf, free shuttle service to/from the course, light breakfast sandwich and coffee, and a lunch buffet.

Attendees may register and join the RV Aftermarket Golf Tournament held on Monday, August 12 at Walt Disney World’s Golf Course at the Shades of Green Resort.
