Build Momentum for National Go RVing Day 2026: Toolkit Now Available

The fifth annual National Go RVing Day will be upon us in just a couple, short months and Go RVing is here to equip RV companies with the tools they need to tap into the excitement! Celebrated the second Saturday of June each year, this year on June 13th, 2026, National Go RVing Day calls on the RV industry and consumers alike to celebrate the joys of RV travel by visiting their favorite outdoor destinations for the weekend.

National Go RVing Day shares June with National Camping Month and Great Outdoors Month, further highlighting the month's outdoor focus. In 2026, the opportunity to grow RVing participation and enthusiasm is even greater with a tie to RV-2-50, the RV industry’s initiative promoting the celebration of America’s 250th birthday through RV travel. The combination of National Go RVing Day and RV-2-50 is a powerful moment to connect storytelling with real-world action. 

For RV companies, that means now is the time to start showing up across your owned, earned, and social channels and Go RVing is making that easy with a toolkit industry partners can use to promote National Go RVing Day to their audiences. 

The toolkit includes a suggested promotional timeline, the National Go RVing Day logo, social media graphics, sample social media copy, sample article copy, and a sample media pitch. These can all be used as is or can be personalized for certain audiences. New for 2026 is a two-month “at-a-glance” content calendar outlining how RV industry brands can plug and play the provided National Go RVing Day content into its owned, social, and earned media efforts.

The National Go RVing Day toolkit is intended to encourage audiences to embark on the RVing experience by reserving a campsite, connecting with their local dealer, investing in a new aftermarket feature, discovering new road trip adventures, or participating in the RV-2-50 program by picking up an RV-2-50 Travel Passport and taking an RV-2-50 road trip.

We also invite industry partners to join us for a free, live workshop centered on pitching and securing local press on Thursday, April 16 at 2:30pm ET.
