Emerging Leaders Coalition Celebrates Incoming Class Of 2026

The Emerging Leaders Coalition aims to cultivate professional development and leadership skills among the RV industry’s next generation. Resources include providing access to industry leadership, working on task forces, invitations to networking events, and more.

This group's premier event is the annual Leadership Conference, which brings together top-tier executive management and next-generation leaders from across all segments of the dynamic RV industry who are spearheading change. The conference sessions and panels are designed to help nurture talent, provide a space to develop a deeper understanding of critical industry issues, and connect with the next generation of leaders in the RV sector.
