Emerging Leaders Coalition Welcomes Incoming Class Of 2027

Designed to foster leadership skills and professional growth for the RV industry's upcoming generation, the Emerging Leaders Coalition strengthens institutional industry collaboration, competency, engagement, inclusivity, and innovation by identifying, recruiting, developing, engaging, and retaining emerging industry leaders and harnessing and elevating diverse emerging industry leader perspectives.

The coalition’s centerpiece event is its annual Leadership Conference. This gathering brings together established executive leaders and forward-thinking, next-generation innovators from across the RV sector. Through targeted panels and sessions, the conference aims to cultivate talent, explore pressing industry challenges, and build strong connections among emerging leaders.
