The RV Technical Institute is officially moving into the next phase of its commitment to Spanish-language accessibility. Following the initial announcement last year, the Institute is excited to launch the RVTI Level 1 Spanish Exam Pilot Program—and the Institute is looking for participants to help! Anyone is eligible to apply.

This isn’t just a test; it’s a chance to validate the translations and provide the targeted feedback necessary to build the gold standard for Spanish-language certification.

What To Expect

Participants will play a crucial role in evaluating two distinct Spanish exam versions. The process is broken down into two testing sessions covering a total of four components (two written and two performance exams).

Because this is a pilot, the experience will differ slightly from standard testing:

• Earn as You Help: Certified technicians can earn up to 8 Continuing Education Credits (2 per exam).
• Your Expertise Matters: Participants provide meaningful feedback via completing three short survey questions embedded within each exam, focused solely on Spanish technical terminology, Spanish grammar, and comprehension.
• Timeline: All pilot exams must be completed by Friday, June 12, 2026. Data gathered during the pilot may be used to support future Spanish-language exam development.
