RV Industry Association Announces CEO Leadership Panel for 2026 Leadership Conference

The RV Industry Association is building momentum for its highly anticipated 2026 Leadership Conference, and excitement is growing with the announcement of the Industry Leadership Panel, a marquee session featuring top executives shaping the future of the RV industry.

Scheduled for Wednesday, March 11, the panel will bring together influential CEOs and presidents for a candid, forward-looking conversation on leadership, growth, and the opportunities ahead for the industry. The session will be moderated by Craig Kirby, President and CEO of the RV Industry Association, and promises actionable insights and real-world perspectives from leaders at the forefront of the RV ecosystem.

Toby O'RourkeToby O’Rourke, President and CEO, KOA

She leads the world’s largest branded system of campgrounds, with more than 500 franchised and company-owned locations across North America. Prior to becoming CEO, O’Rourke served as Chief Operations Officer and Senior Vice President of Marketing, and previously held leadership roles at WhiteWave Foods, Sara Lee Corporation, and Deloitte. She holds a master’s degree from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Notre Dame.

 

Jeff RodinoJeff Rodino, President, Patrick Industries
Jeff Rodino was named President of Patrick Industries in October 2025, after previously serving as President—RV at the company. Patrick Industries is a leading supplier of component solutions to the outdoor enthusiast markets, with a diverse portfolio of more than 86 brands. Rodino has held numerous executive leadership roles across sales, operations, and strategy during his tenure and brings more than 31 years of experience serving OEM and aftermarket customers in the RV, marine, powersports, manufactured housing, and industrial markets. His leadership is grounded in a deep understanding of supply chain dynamics and industry evolution.

 

Matt WagnerMatt Wagner, CEO, Camping World
Matt Wagner was named Chief Executive Officer of Camping World on January 1, 2026, leading the world’s largest retailer of RVs and related products and services. He previously served as President and Chief Operating Officer and has held multiple senior leadership roles since joining the company in 2007, including Executive Vice President and Senior Vice President of Sales, Marketing, and Corporate Development. Wagner holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Operations and Supply Chain from Marquette University and brings nearly two decades of experience guiding growth and transformation within the RV retail sector.
