RV Technical Institute, Truma Continue Training Session Partnership

Truma is continuing its partnership with the RV Technical Institute by offering full product training on the Institute’s campus throughout 2026. Heating, combination heating and water, hydronic heating, on-demand water heating, and cooling will be covered. The training sessions are complimentary. 

There is no required prerequisite to attend these courses. However, attendees who are interested in counting these hours towards their Level 3 Appliance Specialty must already have their Level 1 and Level 2 certifications.

These are two-day courses that fulfill 16 Continuing Education Credits with the RV Technical Institute. Additionally, the course satisfies Truma’s own training requirements.

The partnership is a continuation of the initiative first launched last year, designed to enhance technician training and, ultimately, improve the RVing experience.

The schedule for the RV Technical Institute and Truma courses is as follows. Please note these will be taking place at the RV Technical Institute’s headquarters in Elkhart, IN (3333 Middlebury St, Elkhart, IN 46516):

• March 17th- March 18th
• April 14th-April 15th
• June 30th-July 1st
• August 11th-August 12th
• October 20th-October 21st
• November 17th-November 18th
• December 15th-December 16th

Additionally, Truma is offering three full product training sessions at their own headquarters in Elkhart, IN (2800 Harman Dr, Elkhart, IN 46514). Heating, combination heating and water, hydronic heating, on-demand water heating, and cooling will be covered. 

The courses, which are designed for in-depth training with Truma products, take place on the following dates:

• February 10th-February 11th
• April 28th-April 30th
• September 29th-October 1st
