The RV Women’s Alliance Announces All-Star Symposium Lineup
The RV Women’s Alliance (RVWA) has returned with another stellar speaker lineup for their 5th annual Educational Symposium this October 14th – 15th at the Chicago Marriott – Schaumburg hotel. This year’s theme is centered around finding Empowerment Through Vulnerability and how to turn adversity into a source of strength. The slate of events includes an exciting kickoff address, industry expert panel, interactive educational workshops, fun networking games, the highly anticipated RV Women's Alliance awards ceremony, and MORE!
“The RV Women's Alliance Educational Symposium never disappoints! Each year I come away inspired by the conversations, connections, and passion within this group. From thought-provoking speakers to meaningful networking, it’s always such a valuable experience.” said Chelsea Kreigh of Newmar Corp. “I am grateful to be part of an organization that continues to champion and empower women in the RV industry!”
The all-star speaker lineup includes Dr. Amber Selking kicking off the event with Courtney Clark and Kim Becking leading day 2 workshops.
Kickoff Speaker: Dr. Amber Selking
Blending high-performance principles with real-life application, Amber challenges the idea that success requires adopting someone else’s style. Instead, she invites attendees to leverage a “feminine touch” – clarity, connection, resilience, and intentionality – to lead with confidence and authenticity. You will leave with practical tools to reshape the internal narratives guiding your behavior, strengthen your presence, and lead more powerfully across both professional and personal arenas.
Educational Workshop: Kim Becking
Kim brings an engaging, high-energy, and impactful international workshop backed by being a New York Times Bestselling Author, human behavior expert, change and resilience researcher, and cancer thriver. Her mission is to empower leaders and teams with the mindset, tools, and framework they need to be more adaptable, more resilient, and better equipped to own what’s now and embrace what’s next.

Educational Workshop: Courtney Clark
Courtney Clark is here to help attendees develop the tools to be adaptable and resilient, no matter what you struggle with. She works with people who want to adapt faster and achieve more, and has spoken worldwide to organizations like Procter & Gamble, Dell, S&P, Humana, Cisco, and Cardinal Health.
