Over the first 20 years of his career, he served as a partner in a family business, an entrepreneur, a championship-winning college basketball coach, and a senior executive at a public company. These diverse experiences shaped the foundation for his bestselling book LEAD…for God’s Sake! and the creation of the Kardia Transformation Group.

For the past 15 years, Todd has become a trusted advisor to some of the most successful leaders in sports and business. His clients include championship-winning coaches from the Boston Celtics, Ohio State, Clemson, Virginia, and Baylor, along with award-winning executives and academic leaders across the country.
