A 4-Year-Old's Wish Comes True: Fun Town RV CEO Jason Lippert Gives Michigan Girl Her Dream Camper
Lennox Powell is 4 years old, lives in Rockford, Mich., and had one very specific wish: a pink camper with twinkle lights, music, marshmallows and a bunk bed. This week, that wish came true when Fun Town RV CEO Jason Lippert gave Lennox and her family a camper of their own.
The Powell family received the keys during a handoff at the Fun Town RV Grand Rapids store, joined by Fun Town RV team members, according to a release.
“When I heard Lennox’s story, I knew we had a chance to do something special for one little girl and her family,” said Jason Lippert, CEO of Fun Town RV. “We sell RVs, but what we’re really part of is the time families spend together. I hope this camper gives the Powells a lot of good miles and even more good memories.”
Lennox’s love of campers began on a family vacation, when a rented camper became her favorite place to play, rest and be together with her family. Later, during a therapy session, she was asked to make a wish. Her answer: “I wish for a pink camper.”
Lennox has faced serious health challenges since infancy and continues to work hard in therapy. Her parents hoped a camper could give the family a place to slow down, be together and make memories away from appointments and schedules.
