B&B Molders’ Susan Carpenter Wins 2025 RV Aftermarket Lifetime Achievement Award

Susan Carpenter, Director of the Aftermarket Division at B&B Molders and former President of the RV Aftermarket Association, was the recipient of the 2025 RV Aftermarket Lifetime Achievement Award during the RV Aftermarket Conference on August 13. 

Given annually to an individual who has contributed significantly to the RV aftermarket throughout their career, the Lifetime Achievement Award recognizes individuals who have significantly contributed to the success of the RV aftermarket industry throughout their career, whether through service, product innovation, education, or philanthropy, in such a way that makes them stand apart from others. 

Candidates embrace a spirit of service to the industry and, by evidence of their work over the years and decades, make a difference to the ongoing excellence of the RV aftermarket, while also exhibiting strong moral and ethical behavior that exemplifies good stewardship and conduct.

Susan has been a trailblazing leader in the RV aftermarket industry with a career spanning decades of innovation, mentorship, and industry advancement. As Director of the Aftermarket Division at B&B Molders and former President of the RV Aftermarket Association, Susan Carpenter played a key role in the landmark merger with the RV Industry Association. 

Susan’s commitment to the RV industry began long before her official start in 1990— she grew up helping in her father’s RV operation at just 8 years old. Her contributions to the Aftermarket include pioneering marketing campaigns, enhancing dealer merchandising, mentoring new suppliers, and spearheading educational programs that continue to shape the future of the aftermarket. 

Susan is also the founder and current President of the RV Women’s Alliance, a thriving organization dedicated to elevating and empowering women in the RV industry. A multiple-time Presidents Award honoree, Susan’s commitment, compassion, and leadership have made her one of the most respected and impactful figures in the industry. 

The RV Aftermarket Awards program recognizes individuals and aftermarket companies who are committed to excellence and growth in the RV industry. It also highlights the newest and most popular products available. In addition to the Lifetime Achievement Award, five other awards were presented during the 2025 RV Aftermarket Conference: the 2025 Distributor of the Year, 2025 Aftermarket Supplier of the Year, 2025 Rep Group of the Year, 2025 Product of the Year, and the Chairman’s Award.
