Emerging Leaders Coalition

The primary purpose of the RV Industry Emerging Leaders Coalition is to strengthen institutional industry collaboration, competency, engagement, inclusivity, and innovation by identifying, recruiting, developing, engaging, and retaining emerging industry leaders and harnessing and elevating diverse emerging industry leader perspectives. In order to fulfill its purpose, the Coalition will:

  • Engage with the RV Industry Association and other industry related associations
  • Promote Coalition initiatives to the industry through engagement with industry media
  • Identify and educate current industry leadership on key trends in innovation and emerging demographic areas
