RV Technical Institute Celebrates EPIC Campus’s Level 1 Course Graduates

May 26, 2026

The inaugural RV technician course at Littleton Public School’s EPIC Campus is concluding on a high note. Six attendees graduated from the course with their Level 1 RVTI certifications. Although the EPIC Campus has completed a summer training course, this marks the conclusion of their inaugural semester-long program.

Last year, the RV Technical Institute and Littleton Public Schools launched the first high school RV technician certification program at the district’s state-of-the-art EPIC Campus, a career and technical education center that allows students to gain hands-on experience in high-demand fields like aerospace, construction, and business through various career pathways.

“The inclusion of an RV tech training course at EPIC creates new opportunities to grow the number of RV service technicians and strengthen the RV industry,” says Justin Rickett, the RV Technical Institute’s Director of Industry Relations. “By incorporating RVTI's technician training curriculum into Littleton’s EPIC Campus, our partnership is directly addressing the industry’s need for skilled service technicians. As the number of techs increases, repairs are completed faster, allowing RVers to get back on the road to their destination quicker. This course also helps more students become involved in the skilled trades, paving the way for the next generation of RV technicians.”

The partnership between Littleton Public Schools and the RV Technical Institute serves as a blueprint for aligning high school education with industry demand. More than just a curriculum, this program builds a vital professional pipeline of service technicians that futureproofs the RV sector.

The course provided EPIC’s students with a solid foundation and understanding of an RV technician’s responsibilities, giving them a career advantage and also helping the wider RV industry.

In Level 1 training, attendees learn about and demonstrate knowledge of propane, electrical, plumbing, appliances, body, generator, and chassis systems. Those who successfully complete the training will have a proven skill set to prepare an RV for customer delivery by verifying the operation of all components.
