I am not making an objection, just a comment. I disagree with the intended use of delay command with a value of 0, but I don't disagree that this is how a controller should respond if it was to receive this command.

The addition about using delay commands with a value of 0 appears to be unjustified. Proper usage would be to not use a delay command if a delay isn't required.

In general I agree, but I believe it should be specified as what a 0 means because someone is going to do this.

It seems reasonable that a delay of 0 would mean no delay, so I am not necessarily opposed to adding in a note clarifying this, but at that point there should also be a note indicating that if you do want to use a delay of 0, you should choose a more appropriate command.
