6.14.2 Slideout Command Byte 2 Update

Justification:
In order to allow changing the state of items in Byte 1 such as Air seal deflate and vacuum without affecting the direction of Movement in Byte 2, propose adding "255 - Do not change status" to Byte 2. This is similar to what is done in Battery Command and DC Source Command.
