6.19 Inverter Clarifications

Justification & Description:
1. Change Table 6.19.2 bits 0 to 3 name from "Instance" to "Instance of Inverter"
→ This is to reduce confusion/ambiguity when instancing inverter AC lines. Note that this name is compatible with the original intent of this table – no functionality or implementation is changing.

2. Add a “Service Points” section for the inverter letting the reader know that SPNs for the Inverter can be found in the Converter service points section.
→ This is to reduce confusion so that integrators know where to find inverter service points - it's not currently evident when reading the inverter section where to find them, or that they even exist.
