6.21 Generic AC Source

Justification:  The RV_C Layer document requires modification to provide structure for the new GMI devices and functions. While adding GMI functionality, GFCI functionality is also being enhanced. The document modification will use the already allocated DSA 78 of AC Fault Protection Systems for standalone GMI, GFCI or any unique AC power protection products.
