Addition to GENERAL_RESET (17D00h)

Byte 1, Bits 2-3: Reset to OEM Setting. bit 00b - No Action, 01b - Restore settings to defaults for OEM.
Byte 1, Bits 4-5: Reboot to Bootloader Mode. bit 00b - No Action, 01b - Reboot unit into processor bootloader mode.

Justification: These are common operations - the former for restoring customer settings to "factory" values, the second for reflashing units.
