Addition to LOCK_COMMAND

Add to LOCK_COMMAND (1FEE4h)

Byte 2 Command uint8 0 = No Action. 1 = Open/Extend Door, 2 = Close/Retract Door.
The Command Field may be combined with other fields to describe more complex actions.

Note that the entire byte is available to accommodate additional commands. The data item facilitates the implementation of additional door features beyond locking and unlocking.
