To WASTEDUMP_STATUS, add

Byte 7, Additive Reservoir Level. uint8, Percent (per table 5.3). The level of additive remaining in the additive reservoir.

Justification: The amount of tank additive remaining may be available through a sensor attached to the tank, and if so, is valuable user information.
