Amendment to AGS_CRITERION_STATUS
Byte 2: Criterion Type Add: 6 – Timed Start

If Criterion Type = 6 (Timed Start)
Byte 4: Time Begin Hour uint8 Hour 0 = 12:00 AM, 12 = Noon, 23 = 11:00 PM, 24 to 255 = Undefined
Byte 5: Time Begin Minute uint8 Minute Value Range = 0 - 59
Byte 6-7: Run Time uint16 Minute 1-1439 = Minutes to run genset. 0 = Disable
