Clarification: DC SOURCE STATUS 1

Al Thomason of Thomason Jones Company has proposed a clarification to Table 6.5.1b, for DC_SOURCE_STATUS_1.

To the Value Definition of "DC Current", add "A positive value indicates current flowing from the source - e.g. battery discharge or solar output."
