Clarification on Shielding

Section 2.1.1 reads:

The physical medium shall be unshielded twisted pair wire.

Proposed edit:

The physical medium shall be twisted pair wire; shielding is optional.

Proposed by Velvac, Inc. There is no particular reason to ban shielding, and it may be convenient for some installers to use the same shielded cable they have for SAE J1939 networks.
