doorlocks/window, body, lock status

A lock/window status message should be broadcast at a minimum of once each 5 seconds. Currently, the status message is broadcast on change of state and when a unit on the network queries for the information. The periodic broadcast will be in addition to the current change of state and query broadcasts.
