Martin Perlot of Silver Leaf Electronics submits the following fields for FLOOR_HEAT_STATUS and FLOOR_HEAT_COMMAND

00b = Disabled, 01b = Enabled. If enabled, the set point will change according to a programmed schedule.

Justification: The field is identical to the same position in THERMOSTAT_STATUS_1, and is intended to support a FLOOR_HEAT_SCHEDULE_STATUS/COMMAND DGN, which is still being drafted.
