GPS Date Time Status

Martin Perlot of SilverLeaf Electronics proposes a new DGN, GPS_DATE_TIME_STATUS. The message is necessary to draw a distinction between the user setting the time (SET_DATE_TIME_COMMAND) and absolute time sources such as a GPS or internet clock. The new DGN does not replace DATE_TIME_STATUS, which shall continue to provide the system clock for time-based operations on the network.
