Clayton Lorenz of Spyder Controls submits the attached DGN, which reports the status of CAN bus segments in a multi-networked environment. The DGN is to be placed under the Network Bridge device category.

Justification: Many vehicles have multiple CAN networks - virtually all motorized RVs have at least one J1939 network. These are often bridged, and the status of these networks can be essential for troubleshooting.

Question on the voltage measurements. What will be the GND reference? Will it be the same for both networks? Am wondering if the values need to be able to represent both + and - voltages.
