Power Group - Battery / DC Source 6.49

From the Power Group,

Heavily revised sections for Battery and DC Source. These profiles represent a major effort by the Controls Group to consolidate the ideas from multiple battery vendors.

The revisions propose the actual DELETION of several Battery DGNs. This is contrary to our general admonition to never delete, only deprecate, existing fields and DGNs. However, the Power Group is confident that these DGNs (which were only recently introduced) have not yet been incorporated into any finished products. As a precaution, the Administrator is directed to not issue these DGN numbers for any future use.
