Revision - Leveling Control Command/Leveling Control Status

Proposed:

Add the following "Operating Modes" to "Leveling Control Command" and "Leveling Control Status"

71 - Manual hydraulic leveling - Four point
72 - Manual hydraulic leveling - Biax mode
73 - Manual hydraulic leveling - 3 point mode

Justification:

From day one the spec has covered biax (2 jacks at a time), 4 point (individual jack control), and 3 point (3-jack) leveling. This works fine unless a given system needs to operate in different modes depending on a certain context. With Manual Hydraulic Leveling defined as "7" there is no way to differentiate between the three methods of leveling at the user interface level. "7" shall be kept as a generic manual hydraulic mode for compatibility.
