Section 6.38.4 & .5 Awning Status & Command 2

Justification:
Proposed RV-C additions for calibration and lockout controls. Lockout settings for extension lock and RTL are added for both CHASSIS_STATUS and physical inputs. Both AWNING_COMMAND_2 and AWNING_STATUS_2 are updated for Bytes 2 through 5.
